I had a American legal agreement that I needed to have notarized in Siem Reap. As it happens, this was just before the Khmer New Year holiday. The law firm generously fit us in the same day after their normal closing time so that we wouldn't need to wait until after the holiday. They carefully researched the requirements so that the notarization would be valid in the United States as well as in Cambodia. They stayed late because the document was long. I appreciate the work they did for us, especially because they worked late for us. Thank you.
